Last night I dreamt of the perfect condo, it was filled with natural light and gave me that secure feeling you get from ownership of a 7 years old building. Living in this boutique and friendly environment was exciting. Meeting new friends and being part of a growing community lifted my spirits & gave me a sense of connectedness. The dream continued... I prepared for work the next day, made a cup of coffee but I did not have to travel too far because my condo includes a solarium where I have the perfect home office. The only troubling part of my dream was that I couldn't figure out if we should walk to nearby hotspots or short hop to Main str. or downtown. I am calling my agent now to make THE GEM my reality.
